Students of St. Mary’s English High School felicitated

Jamshedpur: Under the aegis of the St. Mary’s Alumni Trust, a felicitation ceremony was organized in the auditorium of St. Mary’s English High School to honor students from grades 8 through 12 who had secured over 90% marks in Science and Commerce. On this occasion, the students were encouraged and felicitated with certificates and gift vouchers. Additionally, Shashank Mandal, Shreyash, and Vinayak Sridhar were honored with the title of “Students of the Year.” Students who had achieved distinction in sports were also felicitated. The event was organised in association with leading radio network, 92.7 Big FM.

The Principal of St. Mary’s School, Father Vernon D’Souza, graced the event as the Chief Guest. A total of 85 students were honored during this event.

During the program, a general health check-up camp was also organized by Narayana Hospital, in which students, parents, and school faculty members participated to undergo health screenings.

The program was anchored by DJ Raj, who thoroughly entertained the students and the audience present with his impressive hosting skills, interspersed with mimicry performances.

Furthermore, alongside the presence of Big FM’s Jharkhand Head Ajay Gop, General Manager Ashutosh Kumar, and their delegates, the members of the Alumni Association—including President Shashi Tiwari, Trustee Gursharan Singh, General Secretary Amrita Dhanjal, Treasurer Chandrashekhar Kothari, and Vice Presidents Manjot Gill, Ashwini Chhabra, and Tejinder Marwah—along with Dharma Rao from Narayana Hospital, played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the event.
