Jamshedpur, March 24: Three girls from Jamshedpur will represent Jharkhand at the 31st Sub Junior National Taekwondo Competition to be held at Indoor Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha from 25 to 27 March, 2023.
Jamshedpur’s Stuti Singh has been selected in 18 kg, Saima Javed in 35 kg and Priya Kumari in 38 kg weight category.
Jharkhand boys and girls will be participating in the competition in different weight categories in under 12 years of age.
Jamshedpur girls were selected during the selection process organized by Taekwondo Federation of India in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
The girls left for the destination on March 24 by Steel Express from Tatanagar Railway Station, informed Jamshedpur Secretary Santosh Kumar.
