Theft in Bistupur shop

Jamshedpur: Thieves took away valuables from Samsung Plaza at Bistupur Market late yesterday night. They broke into the shop by breaking open the ventilator, police said.

Cops said the thieves had entered the shop in the wee hours by taking advantage of darkness. No security guard was around when the incident took place. The thieves laid their hands on the gadgets kept in the shop.

The theft transpired in the morning when the shop owner entered the premises and found the ventilator broken.

An FIR was lodged in this connection with the Bistupur police station.

Cops said they were searching for the culprits on the basis of information provided by the shop owner.
