Tension at JMM meeting in Kadma

Jamshedpur: Tension prevailed during the meeting of the Jamshedpur town committee of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) at Uliyan, Kadma, on Tuesday as members of two factions in the committee fell out with each other during discussion over the party�s defeat in Lok Sabha election that concluded recently.

The situation turned normal after the intervention of several senior party leaders. The meeting was convened to review the performance of the party during Lok Sabha election.

Party leaders said the party needs to work with unity to strengthen the party at grassroots level and connect itself to the people.

They said the problems of the people should be taken up and a mass contact programme should be organized to gain trust of the people.
