Jamshedpur, Sept 5: NTTF RD Tata Institute of Technology celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and gratitude towards its dedicated educators. The highlight of the event was the felicitation of teachers who had devoted a decade of their service to the institute. Nagendra Choubey graced the occasion as the chief guest, adding prestige to the celebration.
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by the Institute’s Principal, Preeta John. In her address, he underscored the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the lives of students and extended heartfelt wishes for Teacher’s Day to all.
The ceremony was officially inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Chief Guest Nagendra Choubey, Principal Preeta John, and Vice Principal Ramesh Rai. Choubey, in his address, delved into the history of Teacher’s Day, emphasizing that September 5th is celebrated annually to honor the invaluable contributions of teachers.
The event was filled with artistic performances, including a devotional song by Shruti of Sarvpratham Mechatronics, a group song by Akash, and a captivating dance performance by Anisha and her troupe, which garnered widespread applause.
The pinnacle of the occasion was the recognition of teachers who had dedicated a decade of their lives to NTTF. The institute expressed its deep appreciation by presenting mementos to these esteemed educators. The honored teachers included Deepak Sarkar, Veena Singh, Shilpa Kumari Gupta, Ejaz Ahmed, Ranjit Kumar, and Ritesh Kumar Srivastava.
The festivities reached their crescendo with a group song performed by Deepak Ojha and his team, followed by a mesmerizing dance by Drishya and her group. The event concluded on a note of joy and gratitude, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
