Jamshedpur, Sept 2: Tata Workers Union announced an 18.5 percent bonus for its employees for the year 2025, continuing the same rate as last year. The announcement was made at the union’s conference hall by President Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary and General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh in the presence of union officials and employees.
A total of 28 employees have benefited from this year’s distribution, amounting to Rs 11,50,940.84. The highest bonus credited is Rs 61,885.83, while the lowest is Rs 40,373.49. The amounts will be transferred directly into employees’ bank accounts by September 5, 2025.
Employees expressed gratitude to the union leadership for securing a favorable bonus once again. They extended thanks to President Chaudhary, General Secretary Singh, and all office bearers for their commitment to workers’ welfare. This year’s declaration maintained the continuity of 18.5 percent, as given in 2024.
