Jamshedpur/Delhi, July 20: Tata Power Workers Union President Rakeshwar Pandey and General Secretary Pintu Srivastava, who are in Delhi to attend the National Executive Meeting of INTUC, met INTUC National President G. Sanjeev Reddy and sought his blessings.
During the meeting, they briefed him on the recently concluded grade revision agreement at Tata Power, which was implemented in the interest of company employees. They also shared ongoing initiatives undertaken to benefit contract workers, along with a comprehensive roadmap to safeguard the interests of both permanent and contractual employees.
The union leaders emphasized their vision of ensuring employee well-being and family happiness, highlighting their commitment to inclusive and sustainable growth of the workforce. In response, G. Sanjeev Reddy praised the Tata Power Union for its proactive and progressive approach, especially the successful grade revision. He congratulated the employees and union members, encouraging them to continue their efforts and set new benchmarks in labor welfare.
