Tata Pigments signs new wage pact with workers union

Jamshedpur, August 10: A Memorandum of Settlement between the Management of Tata Pigments Limited and Office Bearers of the Tata Pigments Workers� Union was signed on 9th August covering Wage Structure, Allowances and LTC of the permanent employees of the Company who were covered under the agreement dated 1st May 2010.

This settlement is effective for a period of FIVE years from 1st April 2013.

The minimum per month increase in wages as cost to the company including all allowance at the minimum of the grade is Rs.4351/- and maximum Rs.7148/- against earlier years agreement which expired on 31st March 2013.

The agreement was signed by S/s. Prakash Sarode, Managing Director, O. P. Gupta, General Manager (Marketing & Sales), V. Natarajan, Chief of Finance & Accounts & Co. Secretary, P. K. P. Singh, Sr. Works Manager, Bh. V. Satya Narayan Murty, Sr. Manager (HR & Administration), P. V. Rama Rao, Sr. Manager (Finance & Accounts), K. K. Jha, Consultant (HRM) on behalf of the Management and S/s. Rakeshwar Pandey, President, Nandlal, Vice-President, Raj Kumar Tiwari, Vice-President, Raju Tudu, General Secretary, Rabindra Nath Sharma, Treasurer, Rakesh Kumar, Assistant Secretary and Dhulu Murmu, Assistant Secretary on behalf of the Union.
