Jamshedpur, Sept 14: Tata Pigments has brought festive cheer to its employees with the announcement of annual bonus for the year 2024-25. A bonus agreement was finalized between the Tata Pigments Workers Union and the company management, directly benefiting 95 employees.
As per the agreement, a total of Rs 47.5 lakh will be distributed among the workers. The maximum bonus payout will be Rs 71,069 and minimum Rs 56,058, depending on their efficiency levels. The payout equals 17.44% of their annual salary, which is considered a significant increase and has been welcomed with much relief and enthusiasm.
The bonus amount will be credited to employees’ bank accounts by September 16, ahead of the festive season. This move is expected to boost morale and provide financial support to workers and their families.
On behalf of the management, the agreement was signed by Tata Pigments Managing Director Anil Kumar Singh Harshana, Chief Factory Manager K.M. Maharaja, and other senior officials. Representing the workers, Union President Vinod Kumar Singh, Vice President Kulbir Singh, and other office bearers were present during the signing of the agreement.
