Narbheram Hansraj English School celebrates Hindi Diwas

Jamshedpur, Sept 14: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) celebrated Hindi Diwas with a vibrant programme in the school auditorium, highlighting the theme of Women Empowerment.

The event began with the ceremonial lamp lighting by School President Nakul Kamani, Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhury, and teachers of the Hindi department. This auspicious start paved the way for a series of inspiring student performances.

The celebration opened with a powerful speech by Khyaati Kumari on women empowerment, followed by a moving poem by Vanika, focusing on the struggles and resilience of women. Students also presented lively enactments on the lives of eminent women leaders, including President of India Droupadi Murmu, along with achievers like Vyomika Singh, Anuparna Roy, Sofia Qureshi, and renowned sportswomen.

The programme further featured soulful songs, impactful speeches, and thought-provoking poems, all revolving around the theme. A graceful dance to the song O Re Chidiya formed the concluding performance, leaving the audience deeply moved.

Young comperes Yashvi Pandey and Sumaira received praise for their confident anchoring. The event was successfully coordinated by Anjana Joshi, Suprity Ghosh, Usha Bhatt, Meena, Uma Devi, Divya Bharati, and Devina.

The celebration not only paid tribute to Hindi but also reinforced the values of equality and empowerment for women.
