Tata Motors Workers Union Jamshedpur holds discussion on safety at work place 

Jamshedpur, July 28: The committee meeting concluded at the Tata Motors Workers Union office on Friday.

The meeting was attended by  president Gurmeet Singh, general secretary RK Singh and other senior members.

The meeting discussed on following safety rules within the company and avoiding working in an unsafe environment. All the committee members gave their advice on security measures in their respective areas in turn. After listening to all the views, RK Singh said that regarding the security measures suggested by the committee member, after talking to the senior officer, he said to implement them.

In the meeting, a proposal was brought by the general secretary to complete the process under the registered election rules of the Tata Motors Workers Union on the vacant two seats due to the retirement of two committee members in the union in the recent past.

A minute’s silence was observed for the peace of the soul of Arun Kumar, an employee who died in the accident at Tata Motors last days.
