Tata Motors Jamshedpur welcomes 2026 with cake-cutting ceremony

Jamshedpur, Jan 2: Tata Motors marked the beginning of the New Year 2026 with cake-cutting ceremonies held at the General Office and various divisions of the plant. Employees exchanged greetings and discussed key priorities such as production, quality and safety for the year ahead.
At the General Office, Plant Head Sunil Tiwari, Union President Shashi Bhushan Prasad and General Secretary R.K. Singh jointly cut the cake and extended New Year wishes. Addressing employees, the Plant Head noted that although production and sales remained below normal for much of 2025, demand has picked up following changes in the GST framework. He expressed confidence that the Jamshedpur plant would meet rising demand while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Union leaders emphasized teamwork, quality manufacturing and safety as core values. Senior officials and union office-bearers were present.
