Jamshedpur, April 4: A felicitation ceremony was held at the Final Division of Tata Motors to honour Shashi Bhushan Prasad, president of the Tata Motors Workers Union, and general secretary R.K. Singh. The leaders were welcomed with flower garlands and traditional stoles by Deputy General Manager Rakesh Kumar, Senior Manager (ER) Sujit Jha, and other union officials.
Addressing the gathering, president Prasad highlighted the importance of safety, stating he considered himself a fellow worker among the employees. General secretary R.K. Singh emphasized the successful completion of the grade revision process, achieved through collaboration between the union, management, and workers, and reminded all to uphold safety and quality standards. The program concluded with remarks from Deputy General Manager Rakesh Kumar and a vote of thanks delivered by Shailendra Kumar.
