St. John’s High School felicitates academic achievers

Jamshedpur: St. John’s High School, Jugsalai, came alive with joy and festivity as it hosted its much-awaited Prize Night Celebration, a grand event dedicated to honoring academic excellence and showcasing cultural talent. The program drew enthusiastic participation from students, parents, teachers, and dignitaries.

The evening began with a solemn assembly and the soulful rendition of the National Anthem, filling the hall with a spirit of pride and unity. A short Safety Pause followed, reminding everyone about the importance of mindfulness and responsibility in daily life.

The celebration formally commenced with a warm welcome address, after which dignitaries lit the ceremonial lamp to the tune of a melodious hymn, symbolizing knowledge, hope, and progress. The atmosphere was further brightened by a graceful welcome dance performed by the school’s Dance Club.

A major highlight of the evening was the Principal’s Annual Report. Principal Ashu Tiwary highlighted the school’s academic milestones, co-curricular achievements, and future aspirations. This was followed by a string of captivating cultural performances that reflected the creativity and energy of the students. The Unity in Diversity Dance celebrated the cultural richness of India, while the adorable Dance of Pretty Little Babies filled the audience with smiles and applause.

The most anticipated moment of the program came with the Academic Achievers’ Awards, where meritorious students were felicitated for their outstanding scholastic performance. The soulful Dance in the Language of the Soul left the audience spellbound, while other awards and scholarships recognized excellence in diverse fields beyond academics.

The cultural segment concluded with a high-energy Robotic Dance, which blended innovation and rhythm, leaving the crowd mesmerized.

The evening ended on a gracious note with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Councillor Vishal Rajak, who applauded the efforts of the school management, teachers, and students in making the event a grand success.
