Jamshedpur, Oct 15: The Science Club of Srinath University organized a one-day workshop titled “Mind Matters: The Science of Joy with Art of Living.” The event was inaugurated jointly by Chief Guest Chetna Mohanata, a renowned Life Coach and Faculty with The Art of Living Foundation and Dr. Mousumi Mahato, Registrar of Srinath University.
Addressing the students, Mohanata shared deep insights into the intricate connection between the mind, emotions and overall well-being. She highlighted the importance of self-awareness, mindfulness and conscious living as essential tools to attain true and lasting happiness.
Dr. Mahato lauded the initiative, emphasizing that such programs played a crucial role in nurturing the mental and emotional well-being of students.
