Jamshedpur, Sep 2: Srinath Shankhnaad, the orientation program was held at Srinath University on Friday where students for the new session were welcomed.
More than 700 students from School of Humanities and Social Science, School of Science, School of Information Technology, School of Health and Allied Science, School of Education, School of Fine Arts, School of Commerce and Management, School of Engineering and School of Research were present at the auditorium of Srinath University.
The commencement of the event was marked by the presence of Chancellor of University Sukhdev Mahto.
He welcomed the students and said that the University is known for providing quality education where priority is given on all round development of students for which many co-curricular activities, seminars, workshops etc. are organised from time to time.
He also highlighted about the placement of students in different job field and thus ensuring their future.
Prof. Incharge Dr. Bhavya Bhusan said that the University is made of four components i.e students, faculties, discipline and management. And the ultimate aim of University is bright future of students.
Asst. Prof.Jaysree Singh and Asst. Prof. Jaya Rani Mahto familiarized the students with the rules and regulations of the institution. Faculty members also introduced themselves.
