Jamshedpur, April 24: At 6 am on Wednesday, a tragic incident occurred in Thanthani valley under the jurisdiction of the Patamda police station in East Singhbhum district. A speeding auto lost control and overturned on the road, resulting in injuries to six individuals, including a woman.
The injured, all residents of Jugsalai, were immediately attended to by local residents who swiftly arranged for an ambulance to transport them to MGM Hospital for medical treatment. After receiving first aid, all individuals were discharged.
Reports indicate that the victims were returning from a wedding ceremony at the residence of Fani Ansari in Lowadih. Unfortunately, the high speed of the auto near Thanthani Valley led to the loss of control and subsequent overturning of the vehicle.
Karampal Bhagat, the in-charge of the Patamda police station, confirmed that all injured parties had been safely transported to MGM Hospital for further treatment. Additionally, the involved auto has been impounded by the police for further investigation into the incident.
