Sheyn tiny tots steal the show at Janmashtami celebration

Jamshedpur, August 24: Krishna Janmashtami also known as Krishnashtami, Gokulashtami, Ashtami Rohini, Sri Krishna Jayanti or sometimes simply as Janamashtami is an annual celebration of birth of the Hindu deity Krishna, the eight avatar of Lord Vishnu.

The festival is celebrated on the eighth day (Ashtami) of Krishna paksha (dark night) of the month Bhadrapad in Hindu Calender.

Students as Sheyn International School celebrated this pious festival with fervor at school campus on Wednesday.

The tiny tots of Sheyn dressed in the attire of Krishna and Gopikas spread the message of ancient puranas and our traditional customs.

The Matki Phod done by the students reminded about the pranks of the Makhan Chor Lord Krishna. The awesome performance was applauded and appreciated by everyone.
