Jamshedpur: Sewing machines and beautician kits were distributed among 23 women and girls on the occasion of International Women�s Day at Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee office on Thursday. The representative of MP Jamshedpur Sanjeev Kumar and the special officer of JNAC Sanjay Kumar distributed the machines and kits. The MP�s representative congratulated all participants on the occasion of Women�s Day and spoke about various schemes being run by the state government with the view to empower women.
Among others present during the event included G Minj, Jyotipunj Pandey, Ajay Sardar, Sampurna, Madhuri Kiran, Geeta, Ashiya Khan and Pinki Kumari.
