Seven ministers to address CM’s department-related queries in Assembly

Ranchi: In the upcoming winter session of the Jharkhand Assembly, scheduled for five working days, seven cabinet ministers have been designated to respond to various legislative matters related to the Chief Minister’s departments.

The ministers will handle questions, raise issues, address requests, petitions, bills, resolutions, etc., within their respective departments. The Cabinet Secretariat and Monitoring Department issued a notification outlining the responsibilities of each minister.

Alamgir Alam will handle Home, Jail, and Disaster Management, among others; Champai Soren will address matters concerning Forest, Environment, and Climate Change; Joba Manjhi will oversee Revenue Registration and Land Reforms, among other areas; Shri Badal will manage Mines and Geology, Road Construction, and Building Construction; Mithilesh Kumar Thakur will respond to Water Resources, Higher and Technical Education, and other departments; Satyanand Bhokta will handle Urban Development and Housing, and Banna Gupta will address matters related to the Energy Department.
