RIMS Dental College Principal removed following Health Minister’s instructions

Ranchi: In Ranchi, the principal of RIMS Dental College, Dr. Jaiprakash, was removed from his position on Monday, and the charge was handed over to Dr. NN Singh. The decision was made suddenly following instructions from the Health Minister. Dr. NN Singh, who has previously served as the preacher in charge, assumed the role. The change was implemented based on the directive to remove Dr. Jaiprakash and appoint Dr. NN Singh as the in-charge preacher.

Dr. Ashish Jain had earlier served as the permanent principal in the Dental College, contributing for a few months before resigning from the post. Subsequently, Dr. Jaiprakash took on the role of in-charge preacher in March 2022. Students from the Dental College expressed dissatisfaction, stating that Dr. Jaiprakash consistently disregarded their opinions and failed to address student complaints during his tenure.
