Seraikela : Health department has sought a reply to the clarification within 24 hours from the medical officer of the Primary Health Center, Dr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar and AYUSH Medical Officer Unani Doctor Bilkis Parveen, who were found missing on duty. The civil surgeon has said in the letter that on September 10 and 11, medical officer Dr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar and Ayush medical officer Dr. Bilkis Pravin were missing from duty.
A complaint was made in this regard by Chavaliwasa Panchayat Samiti member Gurcharan Saw. Taking a serious view of this matter, the Civil Surgeon has asked to form a Form A for disciplinary action against both medical officials and to inform the department. But before that both medical officers have been asked for clarification within 24 hours.
In the letter, the civil surgeon said that the absentee period pay would be discontinued until proper explanation was received under No Work No Pay.
