Among the instructions, the Minister directed that proper funds be allocated district wise, opening of schools for the mentally challenged at Jamshedpur and Dumka, financial encouragement be given to challenged peoples marriage in line with MP, formation of a society on International Physically Challenged Day on the directives of the Chief Minister, recruitment of teachers as per guidelines in four schools and appointment of special teachers as per norms for schools for blind, deaf and dumb students.
