Jamshedpur: Thieves escaped with Rs 4,850 from the Government Mithila High School in Sonari. The money was collected from students for examination forms. According to information, when the staff members came to the school in the morning, they found documents scattered all around. The almira locks were broken. The Class 14 employees informed the school principal, Bhaulendra Pandey who informed the local police. The police arrived and conducted investigation. The school management felt that the main purpose of the theft was a search of important documents. The thieves did not touch other costlier material. The thieves may have been scourging for some important file. The only certainty was the crooks had entered from the first floor of the school building.
