RVS Academy celebrates Netaji’s 127th birth anniversary

Jamshedpur, Jan 23: RVS Academy observed the 127th birth anniversary of the iconic freedom fighter, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at a special ceremony where tributes were paid to his extraordinary life and contributions to India’s independence struggle.

The school’s Managing Committee Chairman, Binda Singh urged students to draw inspiration from the life of Netaji. Vice Principal, Anita Tiwari, after garlanding the portrait of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, emphasized the importance of instilling the values of patriotism and resilience in the younger generation.

The school, in honour of Netaji’s birth anniversary, also organized an essay competition for Std VI on the topic, ‘Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’ which aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the legendary freedom fighter’s life and the freedom struggle.
