Rotary West organises workshop on personality development

Jamshedpur, Sept. 8: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West conducted a workshop on personality development at DBMS English School for its interactors on Saturday.

 The workshop was divided into two parts. It was inaugurated by the President of DBMS Dhanalakshmi and Secretary of DBMS Archana Ramesh.

The first session was conducted by Dr Shrikant Nair. He made it very interactive and lively by sharing his life�s experiences. Dr Nair stressed on the importance of believing in one�s own capabilities which helps in confidence building. He also guided children on how to face failure.

Nandita Sinha, the second speaker explained the importance of perseverance. She also spoke about the importance of good communication skills and carrying oneself gracefully. She said that a lot can be learnt from observing different situations around us.

About 165 children from 7 Interact Schools attended the workshop. Principal of DBMS Career Academy, Moderators of these 7 schools, President of Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West (RCJW) Shweta Chand, Director, New Generation, RCJW were present on this occasion.
