Jamshedpur, Jan. 18: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur conducted a mega tree plantation drive, called Project Green Earth at Loyola School campus. On the occasion, Father Pius Fernandes, principal Loyola School, Rotarians Manish Kumar , Suneet Kumar and Rajiv Agarwal were present. As part of the project around 1400 saplings will be planted at different locations.
Two teams of Rotarians played an active role , moving from school to school , planting a few in each location , leaving the interactors to do the rest. The team was led by Rajeev Agarwal , Satnam Kapula , M L Agrawal and President Varsha Chand. A good number of Rotarians joined the programme at different locations to promote and support the environmental cause , the need of the hour .
