Rotary Club Femina organises Anaemia test camp

Jamshedpur : The Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Femina had organised an Anaemia and General Blood Test Camp today at RMS High School, Khutadih, Sonari at 10.30am.

A total of 50 girl students benefitted from this camp . Doctors from Red Cross Society helped in doing the test. After one week their reports will come and rotary femina will counsel them on diet and other follow ups will be done.

There are many types of anaemia. All are very different in their causes and treatments. Iron-deficiency anaemia, the most common type, is easily treated with dietary changes and iron supplements.

However, some types of anaemia may present lifelong health problems. The camp was organized with the active support of members of rotary femina.

Members present were � Pasam Adesara, Sonal Agrawal, Monideepa and Babita Kedia.
