Jamshedpur, September 23: Police has busted a gang involved in robbery in Sitaramdera.
The two people who planned this robbery have been arrested by the police and sent to jail in judicial custody. The arrested person is Sachin Singh (24), resident of Kalyannagar, Sitaramdera and Karan Bhuiyan (22) of Indra Nagar Hume Pipe.
He has a prior criminal history. A country-made pistol has also been recovered from them.
This action has been taken on the instructions of the senior police officer.
Rural SP cum city SP Rishabh Garg said that for the last several days, a special campaign is being run to arrest the people who committed the robbery by showing fear of weapons. In this sequence, on Friday, on a secret information, the police arrested two persons from near Sitaramdera Burning Ghat.
