Reshuffle of 13 district & session judge in Jharkhand, Ramesh Kumar appointed Presiding Officer, Labor Court, Jamshedpur

Ranchi, May 14 Transfer-posting of 13 district and session judges of Jharkhand has been done. The Personnel Department has issued its notification.

District and Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (MP-MLA Court Dumka) Laxman Prasad – has been appointed to the post of District and Additional Sessions Judge and Sessions Special Judge, Anti Corruption Bureau, Chaibasa, till further orders.

District and Additional Sessions Judge Bokaro Yogesh Kumar Singh – has been appointed to the post of Additional Justice Commissioner cum Special Judge (Anti Corruption Bureau Ranchi).

Appellate Tribunal RRDA Ranchi Ramesh Kumar has been appointed to the post of Presiding Officer, Labor Court, Jamshedpur.

By transferring Rakesh Kumar from Pakur, he was appointed as Special Judge of District and Additional Sessions Judge, CBI Dhanbad.

Prem Nath Pandey, Special Judge, POCSO Act, Daltonganj, posted on the post of Principal Judge Additional Family Court, Bokaro Bermo Tenughat, till further orders.
