Jamshedpur, Oct 18: Following discussions between the Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd management and the recognized union, it was agreed that all permanent employees of Plant-1 of the Company at the Gamharia Industrial Area would get 18 percent bonus. As per the bonus agreement for the fiscal 2022-’23, the maximum bonus amount payable would be Rs 92,234 and the minimum would be Rs 53,245. The bonus amounts would be credited to the bank accounts of the workers on Friday, October 20.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on bonus was signed by the management’s Chief Personnel Officer, S.P. Senapati, Plant Head M. Balamurli Krishna, HR Manager Rintu Mukherjee while the signatories on behalf of the recognized union were President Abhay Kumar Labh, Vice President Dinesh Ram, General Secretary Vipul Goldar, Organization Secretary G.P. Das, Treasurer Achhelal Yadav, Executive Members Shailendra Singh, Munshi Yadav, and Naval Jha.
It may be mentioned that the current bonus accord has ensured that workers will be getting an enhanced bonus of Rs 18, 000 as compared to that of the preceding year. Delighted workers have commended the union officials and management for the bonus accord.
