Raghuwar promises all-round development of his constitunecy area

Jamshedpur : Raghuwar Das has promised all round development of his constituency area with focus on water and electricity. He said Leprosy Ashram located in Baradwari after his efforts in collaboration with the Government of India G-3 and G-2 at a cost of Rs 26 crore will build apartments.

Speaking to reporters said that the dream of nearly 2.5 lakhs people of piped drinking water in Jamshedpur�s eastern fringe was realised. The foundation stone of the Rs 28 crore Moharda drinking water project meant to cater to Birsanagar, Baridih, Bagunnagar and Bagunhatu was laid by former chief minister Arjun Munda and then state urban development minister Raghubar Das in September 2006.

It was scheduled to be complete in 2008. The water project had these elements of construction � a weir, seven towers, a filtration plant and an intake well. It was to supply 5.5 million litre gallons per day.
