RAF 106 Battalion celebrates Foundation Day in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, March 19: The 106^th Battalion of Rapid Action Force (RAF) celebrated the 84^th Foundation Day of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at Sundernagar camp on Sunday. The Commandant of the 106 Battalion Dr Nishit Kumar congratulated all CRPF personnel and their families on this occasion. He spoke on the importance of the day and the crucial role played by the CRPF in maintaining peace in the country. The Commandant and other CRPF officials and personnel remembered the sacrifice of martyred CRPF jawans and paid floral tribute to them. Sweets were distributed among the jawans. A film was shown to the jawans at the Union Men’s Club. A feast was also organized thereafter.
