Chaibasa, May 29 : On the first floor of the West Singhbhum District Collectorate building, Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal inaugurated the office of Public Assistance Fund implemented under the e-Governance Society on Monday.
It is worth mentioning that an MoU was signed by the district administration with the Piramal Health Organization in the month of April for the effective operation of the already functional Public Help Fund. Common people can use landline number- 06582-256301 or WhatsApp number- 9279452376 or email id- [email protected] to register their complaints on this portal operated in the district.
On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that from the geographical point of view, there are many such areas in the district, where people have to face a lot of difficulties in reaching the district headquarters to tell their problems. Two days have been fixed for public meeting in the Collectorate to solve public problems. But people living in far flung areas cannot reach the headquarters. Now such people will be able to convey their concerns to the administration through mobile messages, WhatsApp, email etc. For this purpose, Public Help Fund has been formed at the district level. Solving every complaint registered on this portal in coordination with various departments, the said person will be ensured the maximum benefit of the schemes and programs run by the government.
