District Collectorate initiates certificate verification for Lower Division Clerk candidates

Jamshedpur, May 29: The District Collectorate in Jamshedpur has commenced the process of certificate verification for candidates who were recommended for the post of Lower Division Clerk (District Collectorate) based on the state-level merit list of the Combined Competitive Examination, 2017 (Regular and Backlog) at the Intermediate Level. This selection process required candidates to possess Computer Knowledge and Hindi Typing Qualification in Computer.

The list of recommended candidates has been sent out, and it includes a total of 32 individuals, comprising 26 regular candidates and 6 backlog candidates. The verification of their original educational certificates will take place on May 31, 2023, and June 1, 2023, during office hours. The designated venue for this process is Room No. F-12 on the first floor of the Collectorate. The responsibility of conducting the verification has been assigned to a district-level investigation committee team.

To complete the certificate verification, candidates are required to personally appear during office hours on the specified dates. They must bring their Aadhaar card or photo identity card, along with the original copies of all relevant educational certificates. Additionally, candidates are requested to provide self-attested copies of their certificates and two recent photographs. These measures have been put in place to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the candidates’ educational qualifications.
