 He wrote a lot of work as the founder chairman of the International Santal Council and the founder chairman of Guru Gomke Pandit Raghunath Murmu Memorial Trust. The credit for opening the first college in the tribal area of ​​Jamshedpur was also goes to Hansda.Â
He was the founder member of Lal Bahadur Shastri College, Jamshedpur. Education sector has suffered a great loss due to his death.
