Jamshedpur, March 4: Mango police pasted a proclamation order against a power theft accused, Ravi Kumar, in Samata Nagar Road No. 15 on Saturday. The accused is reportedly absconding since the year 2014. He was booked for power theft on the information of Junior Engineer of the electricity department after a surprise inspection by the department officials.
