Jamshedpur: One Seral Besra, 50, panchayat secretary of Potka block, was found dead near a pond under Potka police station area on Saturday. Police suspect he died of heart attack. They said the man was found lying dead in a field near Hesagora pond in the afternoon.
Police officials said they were intimated about the incident by the villagers. The body of the deceased was sent to MGM Medical College for postmortem examination. The district minister of Jharkhand State Panchayat Secretary Association Manoj Kumar Sinha condoled Besra�s death and expressed sympathy with the aggrieved family
