Jamshedpur: Shohda-e-Karbala Committee has demanded allotment of a permanent plot for Karbala by the district administration.
The outfit members handed over a memorandum addressed to the governor of Jharkhand to the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal.
They said the administration should provide electricity, water and other facilities during Moharram. The outfit members who met the DC included Anwar Ali, Badrul Alam and Mohammad Abbas Ansari.
