Jamshedpur: Indian Medical Association doctors have demanded legal action against the assailants who reportedly assaulted several students of MGM Medical College yesterday at Dimna Road.
The outfit members led by president Dr RP Thakur and general secretary Dr Mrityunjay Singh said four medical students were assaulted by unidentified persons near a tea stall near the college at Dimna Road.
Two students were injured. They were admitted to MGM Hospital.
IMA members said the district administration had failed to provide security to the medical students time and again. They said the students lived under constant fear.
