Gamharia, Sept 28: An agreement was reached between the management of OCL Iron and Steel, Ratanpur (Kandra) and the Nilachal Workers Union, ensuring employees a 13% bonus this year.
The agreement was signed by company officials—Director Suraj Singh, General Manager GD Bajpai, CEO Subhash Chandra, HR officers Ravi Singh and Nilambar Mishra and union leaders including President Ram Hansda, General Secretary Tapan Kumar Mandal, Vice President Raja Tudu, Joint Secretary Bhim Majhi and senior members Vivek Pathak, Bujlu Mandal and Tapan Pramanik.
According to the settlement, employees will receive 13% of their basic salary as bonus. The deal was expected to further strengthen company-worker relations
