Jamshedpur, Sep 1: State health department of Jharkhand is observing Nutrition Month from 1st September to 30th September. Many programmes will be organized during the month to create mass awareness on nutrition. On the first day today, a nutrition awareness rally was taken out by the health workers of Mango Community Health Centre (CHC). The health workers raised slogans for remaining healthy through healthy and nutritious diet and carried banners and posters with messages on nutrition. They appealed to people to avoid junk food and eat only home-made food and include fruits and green vegetables in their daily diet.
