Jamshedpur, Sep 1: Former MP of Jamshedpur and permanent invited member of Congress Working Committee Dr Ajoy Kumar lambasted Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday and said the saffron party had changed the meaning of the term ‘Sanskar’.
Criticizing the BJP on various fronts, Kumar said, “Many incidents witnessed in the country have proved that the BJP is not Sanskari but Asanskari. BJP leader Seema Patra tormented an Adivasi woman so much that sends chills down one’s spine. This inhuman incident has brought shame to humanity.”
Kumar said a BJP MLA from Gujarat had also termed the ‘rapists’ of Bilkis Bano as ‘Sanskari’. He further cited the incident involving Ashish Mishra, son of Minister Amit Mishra, who allegedly ran his Thar over several farmers in Lakhimpur. He also spoke about Union Minister Smriti Irani and said she had insulted former PM late Rajiv Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi because of allegations leveled against her daughter for running a Bar restaurant serving beef and pork in Goa.
