Seraikela: The effigy of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was burnt at Sini More on Tuesday by Bharatiya Janata Party activists.
The party leaders alleged that the serial blasts in Patna just before the public rally of Narendra Modi was the result of failure of Bihar CM and his government.
