Jamshedpur, May 29: The newly appointed Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of East Singhbhum, Piyush Pandey, conducted an inspection of the Composite Control Room (CCR) at Sakchi. He was accompanied by the Superintendent of Police (City) during the visit. The inspection covered the operational units of Dial 100 and Dial 112 emergency response systems.
During the inspection, SSP Pandey reviewed the functioning of the control room, assessed the response mechanisms in place, and interacted with the officers and staff on duty. He emphasized the need for prompt response to emergency calls and directed improvements in coordination and communication among various units.
The SSP issued necessary instructions to ensure that public grievances were addressed swiftly and efficiently. He also discussed various operational challenges and ways to enhance service delivery.
