New block inaugurated at DBMS College of Education Jamshedpur

 

Jamshedpur, April 23: A new block of DBMS College of Education was inaugurated on Thursday with traditional rituals and religious ceremonies. The event was marked by Ganapati Homam, Navagraha Homam, and Sudarshana Homam, creating a spiritual and celebratory atmosphere on the campus.

The rituals were conducted by Dr. B. Chandrashekhar, President of the D.B.M.S. Trust, along with Lalita Chandrashekhar, following proper Vedic traditions. Faculty members, staff, and guests participated in the ceremony and offered prayers for the institution’s growth, prosperity, and the success of its students.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Chandrashekhar described the new block as a significant milestone in the college’s development. He said the addition would strengthen infrastructure and improve academic facilities, helping create a better learning environment. He also expressed hope that the new building would promote both education and moral values among students.

After the rituals and chanting of Vedic mantras, prasad was distributed among those present, marking the auspicious beginning of the new facility.

Sripriya Dharmarajan, Secretary of the College Management Committee, extended her best wishes to the teaching and non-teaching staff for the smooth functioning of the new block.

Administrative Secretary Satish Singh and several members of the D.B.M.S. organization, along with faculty and staff, were also present at the event.
