Jamshedpur, May 3: NEP Director Jyotsna Singh made an inspection tour of Khandamouda Panchayat under Baharagora block on Wednesday in the course of which she checked on the PDS outlet of Lakshmi Narayan Jena. She inspected and compared all the books of records and accounts including stock, distribution and rations card registers and compared the physical stocks with the records.
The NEP Director also inspected status of several sanctioned jobs under MNREGA schemes that comprised ponds, drains and irrigation water outlets to the fields. Jyotsna Singh took note of the Pragya Kendra being run in the Khandamouda Panchayat Bhawan and checked on the records of services being provided there. Block Development Officer (BDO) Rajesh Kumar Sahu, Zonal Officer Jitray Murmu, Block Program Officer, Junior Engineer, Panchayat Pramukh, Secretary and other officials accompanied NEP Director Jyotsna Singh during her inspection tour of Khandamouda Panchayat.
