Ranchi, June 11: Chief secretary Raj Bala Verma directed all additional collectors that a report of illegally transferred government land should be made halka-wise and circle-wise and illegal transfer of government land should be identified by June 30.
She said that 40 thousand 145 cases of illegal land transfer has been identified and �reviewing these cases, approx �1 lakh 21 thousand �483 acre �illegal land transfer has been identified. She warned halka staff to deal with the cases seriously and asked the department to prepare a list of retired staff and take their help if needed. Further she said that each identified land should be converted into data form and uploaded on website July 15.
Verma directed the additional collectors to pay the rayyats immediately against acquisition of land for developmental schemes.
She said that Rs. 2145 crore is lying with the banks account against land acquisition. She said that a state level cell should be constituted and everyday development report should be obtained from the additional collectors. She also said that the proportion of fund against land acquisition should be profiled with project as how much of the fund can be distributed.
Verma said that khas mahal �land �lessee �should be renewed �lawfully �with mutual consent �and �for this purpose, notice should be issued �and matter should be �disseminated through advertisement �about �the venue where the camp will be organized �by the state government.
Moreover, she directed to hold camp for land mutation thrice a week and said that on Wednesday and Saturday, land mutation camp should be organized so that maximum land mutation matter could be resolved.
Regarding 4000 pending cases with the S.A.R court, she said that all pending cases should be disposed within three months and additional collectors ��should enquire the record personally. She also directed to inspect the Ranchi SAR court.
She directed all additional collectors that manpower should be increased with a view to accelerate the land record computerization works so that online mutation, integration and online receipt could be issued immediately.
Moreover, she said that if there is any problem regarding understanding kaithi translation, other districts should be contacted and matter should be resolved. ���
Verma further said that P.M.U should review ��every district for ensuring responsibility of concerned agency. The department secretary directed all additional collectors to complete the MIS work by June 19.
