Jamshedpur, March 14: Under banner of Jharkhand State Legal Services, National Lok Adalat was inaugurated on Saturday, March 14 at Lok Adalat Hall of Civil Court Premises, Jamshedpur.
Several benches were constituted for the disposal of the litigation & Pre-Litigation cases of Land Revenue, MNREGA and Land Acquisitions.
In case related to Land Revenue/registration & Commercial Tax Ashok Kumar-II, CJM-cum-Sr. Civil Judge-cum-Asstt. Sessions Judge-I, Jsr.
Raj Kamal Mishra presided over cases of MNREGA. Pawan Kumar, Sr. Civil Judge VI-cum-PO presided over cases of Transport department. SK Singh Cr. Civil Judge II, Jsr chaired over litigation and pre-litigation cases of Land Acquisition & Electricity Revenue Matters.
At the Adalat Anand Vijay Singh, Prinscipal District Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur was also present.
