MYM CYCLOTHON in celebration of National Sports Day

Jamshedpur, August 27:The three branches of Marwari Yuva Manch (MYM), Steel city Surabhi , Tatanagar Achievers and Jamshedpur joined hands to celebrate National Sports Day by organizing a CYCLOTHON-3.0 in which participants were distributed in three groups namely children aged 14 and below, men and women. The cycling event showcased unity and the sporting spirit.

The CYCLOTHON-3.0route commenced at the Sir Dorabji Tata Park and continued across the Baug-e-Jamsheed roundabout, IRCS Bhawan, Jubilee Par Sakchi Gate, District Collectorate Office roundabout before culminating near the Sacred Heart Convent School main gate.

More than 120 participants in all the three categories participated in the CYCLOTHON-3.0. the registration fee was charged @ Rs 99. Special event T Shirts were presented to 100 participants while wristbands, certificates of participation and snacks-packets were distributed among all of them.

The winners includedRajdip (first), Bhavya Agarwal (second) and Abhivatsal Debuka (third) in the Children’s Section; Dipti Patel (first), Preeti Bhauka (second) and Rinki Kumari (third) in the Women’s Section; Ranjan Pradhan (first), Sandeep Das (second) and Punit Gaurav (third) in the Men’s Section. All winners were presented medals.

Prominent members of the community including Mukesh Mittal, District President of Marwari Sammelan along with Mohit Sah, Manisha Sanghi, Sanjana Agarwal, Parminder Sharma, Usha Choudhary were present during the event.

The organizing team comprisedNisha Singhal, Ravi Kumar Gupta, Dinakrit Agarwal, Kavita Agarwal, Anshul Ringasia, Ashwini Agarwal, Jyoti Agarwal, Aditya Jajodia, Manoj Sharma, Preeti Budhia, Vijay Soni, Gaurav Agarwal. Rajkamal Electronics Sakchi and Mohit Photography Jugsalai were associated in the hosting of CYCLOTHON-3.0.

It may be mentioned that CYCLOTHON-3.0 was organized by 800 MYM branches nationwide in which more than 1.50 million persons participated. (w/gsd)
